Our reporting is designed to answer every question you may have about how much your property is earning for you. Every time we make a payment to a homeowner, a statement is posted to their account detailing the amount of rent collected, fees withheld, repairs made and everything in between. Every figure is reflected in the statement, which is accessible in the homeowner’s portal along with all supporting documentation.  Invoices and credit notes are issued on a monthly basis

Tax Advice and HMRC Income Reporting

For home owners, although not claiming to be qualified financial accountants (advice from your accountant is always recommended too), we are more than happy to provide advice regarding their tax situation relating to any income derived.  We can provide the basic guidelines of the current tax laws relating to holiday lets and where owners can benefit from saving tax.

On request, for those self employed, Kontract can also offer our services regarding the submission of an Annual Self Assessment (declaring your annual profits to HMRC online).  We will already have the bookkeeping information relating specifically to any holiday-let that we manage, but their may be other external additional income from the owner which also need to be discussed on a case by case basis
