We work with every homeowner to customise inspection schedules and regular home maintenance services that will ensure your home is well taken care of.
It is never a good idea to leave any home unattended to for long periods of time, Kontract Management offers affordable inspection programs to give you comfort knowing your home is being watched and cared for, when you’re unable to do it yourself.
Cleaning Services
Residential Cleaning
This is a service for local home owners who require regular or one off home cleans. This service is charged by the hour meaning you are able to choose how long your property is cleaned for and that cleaning is focused on the necessary areas in your property.
Our cleaning staff will still arrive in the same professional manner, using a company vehicle, with our own cleaning equipment. They are trained to note and report any damage, whether minor or major, which will subsequently be reported back to the owner
Laundry Services
Should owners request, we offer a laundry service for towels, linen, etc which may need to be cleaned on a scheduled basis in order to keep everything clean and fresh and prevent any mould / other issues, especially through the damp months
Spring Cleaning (seasonal on request)
90% of the properties we manage are spring cleaned at least once a year by our cleaning teams, this is ideal for a preparing the house for the season
Our spring clean is simply a deep clean of the entire property throughout, ensuring ever corner and cupboard is cleaned to the highest quality.
