  • Ensuring all information for the guest is in place and up to date, including
    • Welcome folder
    • Property specific summary of key information e.g. heating instructions, hot water, location of stopcock, fuse box etc., Wi-Fi code – to minimise call outs
    • Arrivals letter, contract details and a guest satisfaction survey
    • Send pre-arrival email, including a PDF copy of our Guest Terms

Full Pre and Post Property Checks

It all starts with a pre arrival check made for incoming guests – this ensures the property is 100% ready for guests and includes checking light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, flushing of toilets and sweeping of the pathways. Once everything is ready we are there to meet and greet your guests and escort them to the villa where we can provide them with all necessary information regarding their stay and show them around the property, etc. A check out service is carried out too – just to make sure there is no damage and if there are we report them straight away.

We fully control the pre-arrival duties required for a smooth ‘after booking’ experience for the guest and full pre-arrival property checks.  This ensures that everything runs smoothly prior to guest arrival.

5 Star Guest Service

Guests are provided with all the necessary information needed so that they are as prepared as possible when they begin their stay.  The property undergoes a full pre-arrival health check, so as to minimise any issues during the guest stay. 

Our aim is always to try and provide a zero issue property during their stay, benefiting not only the guest but also the owner’s holiday let and our own reputation, encouraging positive post-stay reviews

  • Supply Inventory Restocking
  • Cleaning / Laundry – Changeover Services
  • Pre-arrival Property Check
    • Checking all light bulbs inside and out; replacing as required
    • Checking operation of TV, Free View, DVD, remote controls etc
    • Turning the hot water on
    • Turning the heating on (as required)
  • Initial Food Stock (at request of guests)
