40m² Marshalls Tegula Priora Permeable Block Paving Driveway
Another driveway transformation completed by the team! 👌 This project saw 40m² of Marshalls Tegula Priora permeable block paving installed, creating a smart, durable and practical new driveway. The permeable paving system provides an effective way for surface water to drain naturally through the paving, while giving the driveway a fantastic finish. Driveway of Dreams: Dropped Kerb, Retaining Walls, Steps & Fossil Buff Indian Sandstone Driveway
🔥 Driveway of dreams 🔥 A huge transformation to the front of this property, creating a completely new look. The original ground level was dropped down to road level, with tonnes of waste ground removed and disposed of to create the required space. We then built and rendered the retaining walls, before installing the new external electrics ready for lighting. The kerb was dropped to provide proper vehicle access, followed by the installation of a new Indian sandstone slabbed driveway in Fossil Buff. To finish everything off, we created a new set of steps leading up to the front door, tying everything together. From a raised, unusable front area to a clean, modern and practical driveway, this one has made a huge difference to the property. One happy customer and a driveway that stands out from the rest. 🤌🏻
25m² Sierra Block Paving Driveway Extension
A very busy few weeks here at S&C Construction, and we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for keeping us so busy! We truly appreciate your support. This week in Yeovil, we completed an extension to an existing block-paved driveway. Our customer wanted additional space for vehicles while creating a driveway that is both practical and easy to maintain. The project involved removing and disposing of the existing turf before installing 25m² of Sierra block paving, perfectly matched to the existing driveway for a seamless finish.
Dropped Kerb & MOT Type 1 Driveway Base
Another project completed by the team at S&C Construction! 👷♂️ For this job, we installed a new dropped kerb and excavated the area ready for a brand-new driveway. We then installed a solid MOT Type 1 sub-base, providing the perfect foundation for the customer to complete the driveway with the decorative stone of their choice. Raj Blend Patio with Retaining Wall: Levels Transformation
Doing what we do best, creating beautiful gardens this summer. A recent project completed in Sherborne saw us transform this outdoor space to add levels and maximise the available area. It took careful planning, logical thinking, and skilled workmanship to overcome the challenges of difficult access. We built a large retaining wall, creating valuable new space, and installed a 30m² Raj Blend Indian sandstone patio area. To complete the transformation, we added soft landscaping to bring the whole design together. Another happy customer, and a project we thoroughly enjoyed seeing come to life. ☀️

Oak sleepers installed replacing the old existing sleepers. DPM has been used on the underneath and back of the sleepers to prevent them from rotting. The customers wanted this done before their new patio installation, come the start of the new year.

A swimming pool area completely transformed into a very welcoming space. Old worn stone lifted and replaced with 45m² of Golden Fossil Indian sandstone, with an extended patio for a seating area. A stunning before and after, the customer was absolutely delighted with the final result.

🌿 Levelled up this garden! 🌿 This garden has been completely transformed, creating a much more practical and inviting outdoor space. 👌 We reduced garden levels to maximise usable space. Over 30 tonnes of muck-away removed! Sleeper retaining walls were installed to create defined levels. The patio area has been extended to provide a larger seating and entertaining space, and it was finished off with fresh new turf for a clean, vibrant lawn. To keep everything neat and tucked away we added a bespoke bin store. What was once an awkward, uneven space is now a smart, functional garden with plenty of room to relax, entertain and enjoy. 🌱🧱 Another garden brought back to life by the team. 💪
Garden & Patio Transformation: 40m² Torver Buff Patio, Egg Chair Area & Cotswold Gravel Border
We completely transformed this garden, creating a 40m² patio using Torver Buff paving, giving the space a fresh, modern and practical finish. The main patio area was extended, providing plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertaining, while an additional patio area was created specifically for the egg chair, the perfect spot to sit back and relax. ☀️ Finished off with a Cotswold gravel border around the patio, tying the whole garden together beautifully.
