All quotes provided by S&C Construction are free and without obligation.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change following a site visit or further assessment of the project.

All work will be carried out to a professional standard using quality materials appropriate to each project.

Project timelines may vary depending on weather conditions, site access, and material availability. We will always keep you informed of any changes.

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of any work and will be clearly outlined at the quotation stage.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover the cost of materials. The remaining balance will be due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

If you need to cancel or reschedule work, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible to allow us to manage our schedule accordingly.

Where a deposit has been paid to cover materials already ordered, this may not be refundable. We will discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis.

S&C Construction will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions or supplier delays
• Issues arising from pre-existing site conditions not identified or disclosed prior to work commencing
• Any damage resulting from underground utilities, services, or structures not marked or made known before work begins
